The Law of Attraction, Relaxing and Removing Blocks with Hypnosis

Do you feel stuck?  Are you offering a negative vibration of something that happened in your past?  Is it possible that negative vibration could be blocking the manifestation of your best life?  The law of attraction is based on the idea of finding a positive thought vibration and holding that vibration until that which you desire manifests.  Sometimes it seems difficult to manifest through the law of attraction because you are not in alignment with the positive vibration, or as Abraham would describe it, you are not in the vortex.  If you are practicing the law of attraction and find it difficult to manifest your desired outcome, don't give up. Hypnosis as a meditation hack


Hypnosis is a great way to kick start or enhance a meditation practice.  Both are great ways to create balance in your life.  With interest in mindfulness meditation and metaphysics gaining in popularity, among the most prevalent complaints are that people don't feel they have the time to meditate, and also they simply don't know how.  Metaphysical hypnosis is a great hack to meditation.  Metaphysics is a spiritual term meaning to look beyond appearances and hypnosis is a technique which like meditation can  help you go within.  Yoga and meditation techniques focus on the breath and when working with a hypnotist that specializes in spirituality you can learn to meditate easily and effortlessly.

During a typical session my clients are able to overcome any fears they may have about hypnosis in general.  After all there all many myths and misconceptions  about hypnosis.  Hypnosis is no different than falling asleep and then waking up feeling refreshed and renewed.

Hypnosis can help with hoarding


Are you holding on to many old, outdated things, people, situations and circumstances in your life?  Do you have lots of nice "stuff" but always seem stuck?  Do you want to let go but just can't seem to move forward?  Perhaps you have what is called a hoarding disorder and hypnosis can help with hoarding. The act of hoarding can apply to many things both physical and non physical.  Let's begin by exploring mental aspect which are our thoughts.

What are you thinking?
Everyday the mind is bombarded with literally hundreds if not thousands of thoughts. The more engaged you are in work and/or socially activities the more messages you receive.  And it doesn't stop there, add in television, radio, cell phones, computers and social media communications and the number of messages the brain receives can be quite overwhelming.  If you can begin to think of thoughts as things,  you can also begin to understand why it is important to take the time to disconnect periodically.  Go outside in nature.  Turn off any electronics and breathe deeply, giving your mind and body time to center and relax.   As you begin to clear you can also focus on what you really need and want to manifest.  Meditation is growing in popularity because there is scientific evidence proving that taking the time to disconnect is beneficial to our overall health.  Metaphysical hypnosis is a technique where you work with a facilitator such as myself, to help you align with the best meditation practice for you.  What is the best meditation practice?  The one you do...

For example, begin with a few minutes each day and start right where you are.  Focus on the breath or purchase one of the many guided meditations available by clicking HERE 
The important thing is to make a conscious decision to consistently clear your mind.
One suggestion would be to begin with a denial like the one below.  Metaphysically, denials are used to mentally release old worn out thoughts or beliefs that may be holding you back. In a comfortable position sitting or lying down.  Focus on your breathing which should become nice, deep and even.
Repeat the following releasing denial statement:
I now release any and everything that may be holding me back from my highest good...
Some things may come up.  Allow them to surface.  Resist the urge to engage in the mental chatter. continuing to focus on your breathing which should be nice and deep and even.   Counting may help.
Inhaling 1...2...3...exhaling 1...2...3...

Repeat the release statement again:
I now release any and everything that may be holding me back from my highest good...(pr from success)..
Allow yourself to relax.  Breathing in and out.
This is your time to relax.
It's also a good time to let go..

After awhile, when you feel relaxed and ready, incorporate an affirmation.  Affirmations are statements that reinforce the positive aspects you are now incorporating into your life.  A good affirmation might be the following:
Mind mind is clear and open to receive the manifestation of peace love joy perfect health and prosperity in my life and all is well...

Close with  positive statements like any of the following affirming your desires.
I am healthy..
I am wealthy...
I am wise...
I am happy..
I am love and loved..
I am prosperous...
and so it is

To do:  Make this a daily practice
Schedule time everyday to do this practice or something similar.  In as little as 15 minutes you have set the tempo for a great day.  An easy way to remember is to do it in the morning before or after you brush your teeth or shower.  You can even start the denials and affirmations while still in bed, then just sit in silence for a few moments.  It's a great way to start the day and to begin the process of eliminating mental as well as physical clutter as you build your best life ever.

Everything in this vast universe is made of energy.  It is a law of physics that while energy cannot be created or destroyed it can be changed.  By sitting in meditation in the space of nothingness negative energy can dissipate and positive energy can flow manifesting creative ideas.  Humans are the only species said to be born with intelligence and all that everyday thinking may cloud the manifestation of a great idea.  By sitting in silence thoughts are cleared and positive ideas flow.  Metaphysical hypnosis is a technique designed to facilitate a space for creative mental manifestation.     Ideas are what create abundance and prosperity.  Ideas are the answers to our prayers.

5 alternative ways to fast for Lent

If the thought of going without food sends waves of chills through your body consider some other options to soothe your mind and spirit. We are in the middle of the Lenten season and if you are spiritual(or not) fasting is great way to manifest some good in your life.  Here are five  ways to fast that are different and can clear the way to more abundance.  Take a deep breath and let go!

1)Daniel fast: Based on Daniel in the Bible who ate no "royal food" instead choosing to eat fruit vegetables and water, primarily a plant based diet for a period of time.
2) Fast from speaking(meditation). According to Dr. Leon Masters founder of the University of Metaphysics describes meditation as a great way to release negative thoughts and begin to to cultivate positive experiences in life. Meditation is fasting from speech and it is cost effective, has no real time restrictions and the benefits are amazing.You can begin by devoting just a few minutes each day to meditation.
3) Fast from doing certain activities like shopping, excessive spending, sex, alcohol or speech. If you choose to fast from excess spending or eating consider donating the money you would have spent to a charity or food bank in our local area. I received a text that requested individuals to place an article of clothing in a bag each day of Lent and at the end of the forty days give it to an organization that serves those in need.  Make room for prosperity by giving.
4) Fast from negative thoughts. Think POSITIVE! Charles Fillmore of the Unity Movement wrote in the book Keep A True Lent: If we would "lose the bands of wickedness" we must learn to fast from all unworthy thought and feast on the good and the true. To observe Lent according to the spirit rather than the letter we must fast from criticism and condemnation and feast in brotherly love; fast from false beliefs in sickness and weakness and feast on the truth of God's omnipresent, perfect life; fast from false beliefs in lack and limitation and feast on the truth of God's bountiful good will. After the release of any negative thoughts sow positive thoughts of peace and love and prosperity.
5) Fast from social media. This can be a huge one! It is crazy that so many people are addicted to social media according to one source this addiction can be as "habit-forming as cocaine". Is this you? See how long you can go without a visit to Facebook...perhaps you need to fast.  How much time do you spend checking your electronic devices?  Is there a fear you might "miss" something?

Notice any fears and/or anxiety that may arise as you consider the "giving up" of anything.  There is no lack and or limitation anywhere.  Releasing in a great way to achieve rewards in return.

Hypnosis and affirmations: The dynamic duo for manifestation


When I first heard about the power of affirmations I was so excited!  I had heard the concept before...as a matter of fact a theme repeated often during my younger years was "what your mind can conceive you can achieve."  What a concept! If there was something desired by simply thinking about it...it could manifest?  I was ready to ride this rodeo of positive affirmations and wonderful manifestations of good.  But not so fast cowgirl...there was something missing...I grew up in what was considered a not so great part of town and I was considered a "minority".  Minor is not a way to describe success filled dreams.  I was not so thin and not so perfect. There were literally thousands of reasons why this concept would not work.  Intellectually it didn't seem possible. The odds seemed to be against me as well as several people.  I persisted anyway.  Oftentimes failing miserably in my ignorance to succeed.
Thank the universe that ignorance can be considered bliss;)  core word IGNORE!!!
Success sometimes  includes over indulgences like working too much, drinking and eating too much and thinking waaaay too much.  Life also comes with comparisons, analyzing and a whole lot of judgement.  While I continued affirming that I could be and do anything imaginable there were many folks who disagreed with me(some of them very close to me sighs).  I was unaware that a part of me agreed with them as well(sad face).  Who was I to think I could be great?  Who was I to succeed? Marianne Williamson said our deepest fear wasn't failure, our deepest fear was being powerful beyond measure. As a children of the Universe we are designed to be happy.  God wants us HAPPY!

Fears are often hidden beneath a veil of perceived confidence.  There are folks that walk around affirming how great their life is, but upon further introspection they may be miserable..Is this you??
Say it isn't so!!!
By releasing the past we are free to embrace the present.  Its a gift...freedom is a wonderful feeling!
Hypnosis can help you get to the core of fear.  Some folks think a past life regression is some far out phenomenon in woo woo land.  Actually I define a past life experience as any moment that is not in the present.  We can never get this moment back so it's all in the past.  Often something in this lifetime in the not so distant past(like childhood memories) created the very fear that is holding you back.  In an effort to  protect you, the mind has buried the actual fear or roadblock to success in the subconscious...you just forgot and can't remember.  Hypnosis can help you remember.....so you can consciously forget...forget being afraid.  Forget about the naysayers.  Remember how great you were created.  Remember to live.  Remember to just be happy.

Learn to meditate faster and easier with metaphysical hypnosis




Meditation has been proven to help a wide range of mental and physical issues.  But what happens when you find it difficult to meditate?  Try metaphysical hypnosis.  There are skeptics to the effectiveness of hypnosis and this may be attributed to the many myths and misconceptions that exist historically.  The benefits of hypnosis far outweigh any myths and they are just that, a myth.  For ages holistic self empowerment methods and techniques have taken a back seat to fears and myths.  Many have succeeded in overcoming issues by seeking alternative healing methods like hypnosis and meditationHypnosis is a viable and proven technique for the manifestation of positive outcomes.  Metaphysical hypnosis sets the stage for the participant to look deeper into their life experiences by bypassing the conscious thinking mind, tapping into a  spiritual awareness, and releasing fears of the unknown.  Metaphysical hypnosis opens the door to an inner awareness thereby accessing a space of peace and connection to a higher power some identify as God.  Metaphysics means to look beyond what is literal, physical and material.  Spiritually the ability to look within is where all the answers are.  We have everything we need.  It is written that the ego speaks first and the ego speaks loudest.   In the space of silence, the mind has the ability to create positive changes through suggestion bypassing the limiting conscious mind.  There are many techniques of meditationTranscendental Meditation(TM)  is described on its website as an evidence based  technique for peace and wellness.  The TM practice involves sitting quietly with eyes closed for 20 minutes twice a day preferably morning and evening.  The cost for TM classes is around $1500.00   At the other end of the meditation spectrum is Vipassana meditation which requires participating in a ten day discourse on Dhamma.  That course is free however it requires the student to commit silence for the entire ten days at one of the Art of Living facilities around the World.   According to the website at http://www.dhamma.org the technique is taught at ten-day residential courses during which participants follow a prescribed Code of Discipline, learn the basics of the method, and practice sufficiently to experience its beneficial results.  I personally attended one of those discourses and it was one of the most difficult practices I have done.  The setting was in Darlington, Maryland and it was predicted to be below freezing.  A received a call from one of the teachers about the weather concerns with an offer to reschedule. Having already rearranged my schedule to be off for ten days and having confirmed my travel plans I decided to go forward and attend.  The setting was a temporary Vipassana facility located on campgrounds that reminded me setting of the movie Dirty Dancing.   All electronic devices were collected as well as any reading or writing materials by the Vipassana staff and stored until the end of the course.  On day eight of the discourse the teacher spoke of suffering.  Was I the only one that heard him?  Was I the only one suffering?  Actually half the participants had already left on my last unofficial count.  It was freezing and the taped windows and unsecured doors made sleep a challenge.  I was suffering and decided to take a walk beyond the confines of the taped off area of the course restrictions.  That walk was a metaphor  for everything I had been taught in that discourse, any meditation training and for life.  Non-attachment.  It was 4am cold and very dark.  For a city girl as myself it might be considered frightening,  but for some reason I was called to venture into the woods.  I walked awhile and encountered a winding creek with moss hanging form huge trees.  At the base of the creek were two solar lights.  Enlightenment.  I smiled from within and decided this was a good place to have my meditation that morning.   After an enlightening walk up the mountain on the way back I experienced what meditation was teaching, every moment life is changing and what I perceived the change to be, good or bad was what I experienced.  Liberation from any type of confinement is an awakening. Attachment to any outcome can instigate suffering.  Why suffer?
I sit in meditation most days after that experience There is always a choice.  Most choices are made unaware of previous life experiences.   Meditation creates a space for detachment and observation and most importantly spiritual growth.  Meditation creates awareness and awareness begets an awakening. There are many methods of meditation. Meditation is a practice, find one that works for you and practice.  Just as there are many leaves on a tree there are many ways to practice the silence.  The meditation that is best is the meditation that you practice consistently...


What happens when you are not able to quiet the mind chatter?  Many of my clients express they simply cannot meditate.  I am able to help the majority of them feel what it is like to meditate with the use of metaphysical hypnosis.  It is a type of deep guided meditation which relaxes the body and mind.  The process is safe,  very effective and includes a period of serenity and silence many people have trouble achieving or recognizing as their own.  They have simply forgotten.  Some folks think hypnosis will put them to sleep.  I recognize hypnosis as a point of awakening.  Many people are sleep walking in a daze of doing the same thing.  Perhaps you are stuck.  This is where a trained facilitator can help.  Learn to quiet the mind and awaken to the infinite possibilities.  Hypnosis is a tool that is beneficial.  After a discussion about what possible roadblocks or fears that may be involved, the client is taken thorough a relaxation process which reorients them to the sensation of relaxation.  There are a myriad of reasons why a person may feel they can't meditate.  I have helped clients that feel silence represents punishment for them.  The old adage children are to be seen and not heard may have been ingrained into their mind  by well meaning parents.  The suppressed need to be heard carried over into adulthood and the punishment that silence represented prevents a successful meditation practice .
Many clients express that silence evokes some type of emotional response and they may feel restricted in the process. There was a client I was working with who was unable to sit still and remain silent for even a few seconds or so before she became very agitated.  Just the thought of being silent caused her stress.  After a few sessions her defenses were removed and she was able to remember what it felt like to relax her body and also release the monkey chatter in her mind.  This recall of relaxation was the catalyst to her being able to open up her heart space and really let go.   A self described spiritual person, she harbored some guilty feelings from the past.  Each time she attempted to meditate those feelings, the stories of guilt would surface.  Each past "story" seemed to deepen her agitation to the point where it was all she could think about.  Hypnosis restored her faith in the universe through relaxation techniques.  I always provide follow up self hypnosis exercises and some simple techniques that enhance the experience and can be done almost anywhere without anyone  knowing.  This reinforces the sensation of relaxation.
Once the body and mind are aligned in a state of relaxation the client is able to experience what meditation is like.  Most clients are able to experience the benefits of this type of relaxation in just one session.  I like to refer to hypnosis as meditation on steroids without any drugs, of course.  Some describe it as a natural high.  It is that feeling of deep relaxation many folks have simply forgotten in the quest for material gains sometimes referred to as success.  Real success is a state of mind.

One idea can change your life for the better...forever!
